How can I access GitHub icons?

I would like to use the GitHub icons listed here . Ideally, I would like to use the GitHub style icon classes for inputting icons. Where can I get the GitHub CSS or SCSS stylesheet for these icons?

I do not see download links anywhere on these pages ...

The download link is in the black column with the inscription "7.1". However, the download link does not work, so my suggestion would be to send Github an email requesting a new URL.
