In the matter of purchasing the application "Your order cannot be processed"?

I worked in “Subscribing to the application”, I followed all the steps given at http://www.robotmedia.net/2011/06/android-billing-library-in-app-billing-made-simple/ , all works fine, but when I try to buy and make a payment, I got "Your payment could not be processed. Please try again", and I go to the journal, I got some errors, for example

I have been punching my head over the past three days. Can anyone help me solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

This usually means that you are using the same account to buy an in-app purchase, like the one you are selling with an in-app purchase. Google does not allow this.
