App Engine blocks emails that contain too many links

I have an application that sends me an email daily with a list of tweets. Each tweet contains at least a link. Starting this month, I stopped receiving email. At first, I thought the problem was with Twitter with its API v1.1. But after rewriting my application, I noticed that it is GAE, which does not send an email. More precisely, it does not send emails containing multiple links. It doesn't matter if the email is html or plain text.

Has GAE changed its spam policies? And if so, why can't I at least send emails to me (email address registered as administrator)?

I don’t know much about GAE, but you can easily avoid this problem by using one of the many available SMTP providers. For example, http://www.mailgun.com/ has a free plan with 200 messages per day.
