The MAC address of another Wi-Fi device on a Wi-Fi network

Is it possible to find the MAC address of any other wifi-enabled device on a Wi-Fi network programmatically using C or C ++, if so, then tell me the way or direction how I can do this in Visual Studio 2012.

If they are on the same local network near your device (there is no router / switch in the middle, the ARP scope is the link level). You must use ARP sending for devices.

Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) - This communication protocol is used to resolve network layer addresses at the address link level.

You can use Pcap or SendARP to send ARP.
