How to set up PagerTabStrip using stripDrawable and spacing

Question

I have a Viewpager and you want to set a title for it. I can do it. But the same setup creates problems for me.

1). I don't want the default bar to be below the title, instead I want my selection bar to be in that place. I know that we can change the color for the strip, but is it possible to make it suitable for use.

2). I only have 3 pages for ViewPager, so I want all 3 headers to be visible at the same time.

3). Can we define the bandwidth below the header

Please provide suggestions for the same. I'm stuck in the middle of it.
