Total number of simultaneous proximity alerts active on Android

Does anyone know how many simultaneous proximity alerts can be active on Android at a time?

Use the following API to add proximity alerts

public void addProximityAlert (double latitude, double longitude, float radius, long duration, intent PendingIntent)

In fact, I am adding several geophones, getting them from the server side. But I need to know how many geophones can be active on the device at the same time. is there such a number? > .. I think that Apple's iOS has something like 10 simultaneous geophones active at the same time ... if I'm not mistaken.

But is there something similar for Android? ... it was not possible to collect this data anywhere in the documentation.
