Facebook api email permissions

I use email address to send email on facebook api. How can I get users email by asking for basic information and asking permission to access email in one simple step? If you go to your developer’s page and select application settings, you can edit application permissions. If you click in the "Permissions for users and friends" field and start entering email, you can inform your application about the request for email permission. If you then click on the “Preliminary login dialog”, you will see that it is asking for exactly what you are contacting.
