TFS 2012 Web Access Access Query Results Disabled

I installed TFS 2012 and have a problem with the "Save Results" button in the web access forms where the query results are displayed. It is greyed in all cases, it even works on the server where TFS is installed.

Does anyone know how to enable this button? The update, open and both buttons on this toolbar work fine, but the Save Results button is grayed out and cannot be pressed.

Thanks for any help.

Oh, also, if anyone knows how to make the background color of a string alternate in the results grid, I will be forever in your debt!

Stupid to me, I suggested that Save Results will save the query results, but just save the changes to any work items returned by the query. To export these results, select any element in the grid (then select + a to select all elements) and cut / paste into excel

ctrl + a (in chrome) selects the whole page.

What worked for me was to select the top row, then shift and select the bottom row. Then ctrl + c will open a dialog, then ctrl + c, and then paste into Excel (select "ok" in the tooltip).

He worked as a champion.
