I am trying to deploy my first MVC application, and I am constantly having problems with connecting to my sql server database. My current problem is that when I try to publish a site, I am greeted by: SqlException (0x80131904): Login failed for user "NT AUTHORITY \ ANONYMOUS LOGON". However, I'm not sure if this is my main problem or just a symptom of another problem. I think the problem is with my connection strings (although I, of course, could have been wrong about that), which I changed in about 20 different ways. My last approximation, to make it work, looks like this:

I spent all day studying a problem that seems pretty common, but they all seem to offer different solutions ... not working so far.
Additional Application Information: This is an ASP.NET MVC 4 application. The database was built using the Entity Framework Code-First method, and I am running SQl Server 2012, Enterprise ed. on Windows Server 2008 R2. The application was originally developed on my Windows 8 machine using Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate, and as soon as I finished, I transferred it to my working machine with Windows Server 2008 R2 and try to publish it to Visual Studio Express 2012 Web Developer ed.
On the other hand, how do you open a database that was created using code first in sql server management studio?
