POSTGRES ERROR: Unable to load library

Question

I cannot perform any operation in my database. The error I am getting is:

"Error: Could not load library" C: / Program Files / PostgreSQL / 9.1 / Library / PostGIS-2.0.dll ": Invalid memory access."

The error appeared only this morning, and until yesterday everything was in order.

A system restart fixed this thing .: D
