Change android video playback speed

Question

I am developing a VCR that should only change the frequency and pitch of the sound. video should play at the same speed. I used the Soundpool library to change the speed of sound in Android, but it says that it works only for audio files. Meanwhile, I use the Mediarecorder library to record video. I used setAudioSamplingRate, but it just changes the frequency, not the pitch. Can you tell me the solution.
