Convert HTML and PDF to iOS

I am creating an iPad PDF reader application, this PDF file must be created from an HTML file. I saw some code examples for converting HTML to PDF, and I think this part will be good for me.

I saw some applications from the AppStore for reading PDF files, since it is possible to increase the font size (without scaling), color style, etc. When we increase the font size, the text content is automatically transferred to the next line, How can I implement this in my application? Any idea on how they did this?

I saw in some posts that it’s impossible to edit a PDF file, since they really use a PDF file or some other format?

When rendering your PDF file to show it to the user, you can convert it to other formats, such as HTML, and then allow the user to change the font size, font style. Thus, your PDF file remains unchanged. HTML is also easier to manipulate than binary formatted documents such as PDF.
