This is due to the fact that Google will by default reject any emails sent over IP in the spamhaus database.

For more information, you can read here: http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/gmail/Hus4RxoVTr0

What you need to do is go to http://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/ and follow the instructions to remove your server ip address from the spamhaus database.

You can find the answer to the link in the last line of the Google mail reply message:

"The IP address you use to send e-mail is not allowed ..."

To prevent spam, Gmail rejects mail from IP addresses that are not allowed to send mail. Determining whether an IP address is allowed to send mail is made by the provider, which provides you with an IP address. This list usually contains the consumer IP ranges offered for dial-up, DSL, or other broadband access.

What can I do to fix this?

Your ISP may provide SMTP relays that will receive mail from your IP address, and these servers must be allowed to send mail. Some ISPs may provide a way to obtain an IP address that is permitted, either by switching to a business class service or a static IP service. You should contact your Internet service provider to find out which options are available.

Another alternative is to send mail through your own domain servers, either by setting them up to allow relay from your IP address, or by using the MSA (mail sending agent). Learn how to use Gmail to send mail from a different address.

Please note that we cannot forward IP addresses or make exceptions.

In other words, mail cannot be sent directly from users to recipient mail servers. Mail agreements require that you send mail to the provider's mail server.
