RelativeLayout android: clipChildren = "false" doesn't work: will the animation be cropped?

I am trying to implement a scrolling "news bar". There is a RelativeLayout that fills the screen horizontally. It should contain many different news headers contained in TextView objects that I download from the Internet, and they must be animated to move slowly from right to left, which will create the effect of β€œscrolling news”. I put the first TextView as RelativeLayout.ALIGN_PARENT_LEFT and all consecutive TextViews aligned as RelativeLayout.RIGHT_OF according to the previous TextView. Thus, the text will be entered on the right side of the screen and go through the layout and finally exit on the left side.

I see that RelativeLayout pinches children that are outside its borders. I set android: clipChildren = "false" for this purpose, but it does not work, and TextViews continue to be clipped, which is very annoying and currently blocks my progress.

Is this a mistake or am I doing something wrong?

Please help me...
