I am developing a general add-in for Outlook.
One of my clients is experiencing problems on his machine, he does not see my enter / ui buttons in the ribbon of the main window.
After studying its surroundings and my logs, I noticed that the "GetCustomUI" function of the IRibbonExtensibility interface is not called in its environment.
I'm not sure what could be the reason for the other behavior, why does not Outlook call GetCustomUI on the client machine?
Also - Is it possible to initiate a call to this method yourself? or maybe update the feed so that it calls GetCustomUI?
If anyone has an idea, please help.
