Bing Maps REST api - Where can I find more detailed error information?

I already checked my page when handling errors , but all it has is descriptions of status codes that the request can return. Does bing provide information on what will be returned if I exceed the number of requests allowed per day?

If you have exceeded the number of requests per day, information may be included in the response header. It must comply with the restrictions described in the conditions of use.

Responses That Do Not Return Results

Sometimes the servers processing service requests may be overloaded, and you may receive answers that do not contain results for requests that will usually receive results. To identify this situation, check the HTTP response headers. If the X-MS-BM-WS-INFO HTTP header is set to 1, it is best to wait a few seconds and try again.
