Is there an iPad simulator for local site testing

I was provided with a project to create a website that runs on the desktop and ipad. This is great, but I don't have an ipad.

Is there any simulation that I can use to test my local site to see its functionality on the ipad?

Alternatively, you can also register for a free developer identifier and download xCode. Use the iOS simulator to simulate any iOS device. Here is a screenshot of the iPhone 5 displaying the Google search page on my MAC.

Yes there is. You must install Xcode and then run the iPad simulator (for example, if you are testing the application) and go to a web browser (safari) and enter the address of your website.
