SWT Search Text Icon

Question

In an RCP application, I use SWT text as follows:

Text text = new Text(shell, SWT.SEARCH | SWT.ICON_CANCEL | SWT.ICON_SEARCH);

Inside Text , you can get a search and cancel icon. I get this icon on Ubuntu Linux, whereas on Windows 7 this icon does not appear. Can someone help me with this?

Windows does not support this feature.

There is a bug report here with some suggestions on how to implement it yourself.
