Deactivate Chrome Pepper Flash (PPAPI)

Question

I'm sure this is not possible, but I still ask:

I have some problems with sounds in Flash AS2 when PPAPI is activated.

Disabling PPAPI fixes the problem.

My question is: is there any wonderful way to deactivate PPAPI from content using javascript?

I can detect it ( List Discovery (PPAPI) Flash using Javascript ), but users will not be able to complete the 3-stage deactivation procedure.
