Hping [main] no such device (hping2 windows 8)

Question

When I try to make a simple syn flood attack on localhost, just to understand how hping works, I keep getting this error:

[main] no such device

I do not quite understand what this means or how to fix it. Any help?

Again, I am using my own win32 hping2.
