Send the CEC command from the TV to the Android phone

I am trying to send an HDMI-CEC command from the TV to my Android phone (both of them can support the CEC protocol). Although I already read the CEC specifications, the problem is that I don’t know how to send the CEC command ONLY via the HDMI cable. I know that libCEC has done a lot; It seems that he requires the purchase of their Pulse-Eight USB - CEC Adapter. Does everyone know about the rough progress of sending CEC commands ONLY via an HDMI cable? Thank you very much.

CEC goes through the HDMI 13 connector and only through HDMI. The Pulse-Eight USB adapter can be used when your HDMI does not support CEC. For example, video cards do not have this feature.

In addition to conventional TVs, sound systems and Blueray players. This device, such as RaspberryPi and Odroid (but not all models have software). Software: XBMC or OpenELEC The full list is just a search on the Internet / forums.

But to receive a command from your TV on your phone depends on whether your phone hardware supports CEC and your Android kernel has CEC. Android with CEC is not yet executed by default.
