Does removing certificate and provisioning profiles from developer.apple.com remove itunes connectivity?

I want to remove as much as possible from Apple Developer (certificates, provisioning profiles, ...), but I do not want to spoil the applications that I sent to the application store using these certificates and profiles.

So, does Apple Developer affect iTunes to connect? What can and will not happen if I mess things up in Apple Developer ?

Certificates and profiles are required to package your application for debugging on the device or to send your application. This has nothing to do with your iTunes Connect.

As long as you have a valid paid Apple Developer account, nothing will happen to your applications.
