Play video in mirror API

I'm a little confused about playing videos in the Mirror API

Are there any restrictions on the use of HTML tags in the "html" field? ...

Alain says

Blocked HTML elements . These elements and their contents are removed from the html payloads. Document headers : title, title Attachments : audio, insert, object, source, video

However, looking at the documentation ...

https://developers.google.com/glass/v1/reference/timeline/insert

MIME types with accepted media : image / *, audio / *, video / *

So ... I assume I can attach a video, but not embed the video? This seems to be a subtle difference, so to view the video you will need an application for the main HTML map and a choice of submenus. Is it correct?

Right. HTML video elements are removed from inserted timeline maps, but you can attach video. Video attached to timeline cards is played in full screen by a native player on the glass.

If you want to include videos with other rich content, bundling is the way to go. You can accomplish this by specifying an HTML cover card and many video cards with the same timelineItem.bundleId .
