Android: how to show the widget of other applications in my activity

I take off the lock screen, which is just an activity in this I want to show widgets of other installed applications, I got a list of widgets. I can show these widgets in the activity layout. But widgets do not work, they are just dumb images of widgets. What should I do to make them work? answer if anyone knows about this. Thankyou
