How to implement Swipe event to view Flipper in ViewPager?

How can I pass swipe events to the viewflipper inside the view pager. Is it possible for fliper to run vertically? or should I use the pager view inside the pager of the view with the pager with the internal view in the vertical scroll.

This tutorial helped me to realize the swipe effect in the application in the past without any problems, it gives a method from swipe to top, bottom-top, left-right and right-left. And he checks it with a simple toast that says “Swipe the screen from left to right,” etc.
