How to implement a regular PayPal payment with a dynamic amount?

I want to implement a recurring payment in PayPal with a variable amount. I successfully complete a recurring payment with a constant amount. But I don’t know how to implement a recurring payment with a variable amount,

A very typical scenario would be the deduction of the sum of telephone calls from service providers.

  • If my September monthly bill contains Rent: 20 euros, use: 15 euros, then the deduction will be 35 euros.
  • Further, if my October monthly bill contains “Rent”: 20 euros, use: 25 euros, then the deduction will be 45 euros.
  • Further, if my November monthly bill contains Rent: 20 euros, use: 50 euros, then the deduction will be 70 euros.

Given the above scenarios, please advise how to handle them on both sides.

You may need to simply automate PayPal payment from your end, not automatically from the end of PayPal. You do not have a subscription that varies in price, so you will have to make one charge every month, with the amount you specify. (As far as I know)

It also means that you will need to manage subscriptions at your end (pretty easy to do), and the user will not have to subscribe from PayPal.
