Why should I use telerik radcontrols on top of the visual studio built-in elements?

why should I use telerik electronics over the built-in elements of the visual studio. Basically I want to know the pros and cons of controlling telerik. I am new to TV. I really have very little time to learn something new. So it’s worth choosing telerik over other new technologies.

We use Telerik, togheter a lot with a standard set of controls.
