Paypal reports the email address already accepted when trying to import test accounts into Paypal developer tools

In the paypal developer, I created an account for the sandbox for testing, and then deleted it. If I try to create another account using the same email address, does the system seem to think that the letter I used to create it is still in use? Now I can not use any letters that I used before. Is this a bug or a function? I reset my browser, so I know that these are not cookies. Thanks!

Can you share the email address that you are trying to use and I will see if I can delete it from my side. It happens that when you delete an account, it does not actually delete the account. It only removes it from your account / view. It still exists in the system. If you intend to use the same email address again and again for created and deleted accounts, just remember to delete the email address in the account before deleting.
