How to delete a file with all hard links to windows?

This question is a Windows ... XP operating system on Win 7/8.

If you create a file on disk, and then create one or more hard links to this file, then if you delete the original file, the file is still on the disk, since hard links still refer to this file.

Is there an easy way (to delete the parameter?) To be able to delete the file and all hard links without having to search for hard links (not sure how you can even find them from the simple point of view of the Windows user interface ... I know that you can you do this with programming code, but I'm looking for a solution for the user level in the standard user interface of the operating system)?

Thanks!

EDIT:

I found this question / answer that discusses how to programmatically use C ++ to find additional links to a file, but still looking for a standard Windows interface or command line method. How to find all hard links to a file in Windows, starting with XP in C ++

Also found this link on superuser.com, which doesn't give me much hope. Help! https://superuser.com/questions/366739/how-can-i-find-hard-links-on-windows
