Do I need to check success from Facebook when I use the FB SDK in iOS?

Now I need to use Facebook SDKfrom facebook in my iOS application.

So, I filled in the information about my application in the Application developer.facebook.comDetails.

However, when I test my application using my device, I can publish it to facebook without sending and approving from Facebook.

But there is a button to send the application to facebook to view it.

Do I really need to submit and approve my application with Facebook? Or can I use FB SDKwithout sending?
