Failed to send email from contact form 7

Question

I am using contact form 7 on my Wordpress site using the vantage application theme. But the problem with sending contact mail. when i try to send mail, get the following message

"Failed to send the message. Please try again later or contact the administrator in another way."

The only problem is that you can only send email messages from domain domain accounts.

so check your email address, which is included under your domain name
