Google Maps Cannot add link to Play Services

Question

I am adding a snapshot of the error I received, as well as snapshots of what I did.

I tried the last two days, but keep getting the same error. Whenever I add a link, I get this. enter image description here

The error I made is shown in the snapshot. Make sure that 'Is Library'you test and that 'Android APIs'marked,

Also make sure the project is 'google-play-services_lib'imported and open! enter image description here
