How to view table relationship tree for database?

Friends, I am working on a problem in ERP, which contains many tables. I need to know all the relationships between a table in a database in order to fix it. Is there a way to see all the tables with their relationship between them from the database. I am using the 64-bit SQL Server Management Studio R2 OS.

• Open SQL Server Management Studio and log in to your database.
• Go into the database charts and find the charts
• If there is no chart, create a new chart (right click - New Database Chart)

• Inside the chart, use the right mouse button, add all the relevant tables and see the relationship
