Is there a Google wallet api for sending money from person to person and / or mass payment?

Our company system sends hundreds of small payments (from 5 to 100 US dollars usually) per week to people through the APIs offered by paypal and dwolla. Does the Google Wallet API provide equivalent capability?

It looks like it is not supported in the API Reference :(
