Visual Studio SharePoint 2013 workflow not updating

Question

I created a workflow with two sequences. I deployed it for testing, and everything worked fine. I came back and added a sequence between them. Now he seems to be doing nothing in a new sequence. Is there a catch to reload workflow in SharePoint so that they appear?

In the image below, the new sequence is GetHRContextInfo. The WriteToHistory event never fires.

In addition, I can not debug the workflow now.
