Has anyone been successful when Joomla runs under IIS / Phalanger ?

I went through the installation of Phalanger 3.0, following the instructions for creating a Joomla application that works using the Phalanger compiler, but for some reason I get an error message before the application even starts:

Error: Class 'JLogEntry' not found in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\nfspv3\libraries\joomla\log\log.php on line 169, column 4.

I ran Joomla 2.5 on IIS/MySQLbefore installing Phalanger 3.0, so I wonder if the problem with the Phalanger compiler is not the interpretation of PHP? It would be nice to know if anyone Joomla has Phalanger working properly.
