Recover overwritten file using eclipse git

Question

I overwrote one of my local changes in Eclipse to one of the files by mistake! How can I revert my local changes? I use Git in Eclipse and in the Team Synchronize window I clicked the Overwrite button on one of the files that I did not want!

You can use local history from eclipse

Right-click the file in navigation mode (for example, Project Explorer) and select> Show Local History.
