IntelliJ IDE unexpectedly starts showing meta on window shortcuts

In the morning I read all the exchange books and googling, if there is somewhere where I see the way or the meaning of replacing ctrl as a meta in my version of intelliJ IDEA IDE 12.x, but surprisingly there is no shortcut or explanation was found in my notification before time. Do any of them know how to interpret the Meta shortcut in order to work with my intelliJ shortcuts. See the screenshot below and the manual, how can I interpret in the windows?

Does setting a key card help? and how can i do that if yes!

Any help would be really appreciated. I am working on Windows on Idea 12.1.4

Thanks!

MetaNOT a typical Windows key. You may not be using a Windows key card. You can change the current keymap as follows: File → Preferences → enter “Keymap” to search for Keymap settings → change the keymap setting.

From the comment by @fnl: Meta is not the key commonly found on modern machines. At best, it stays from the Sun. Apple computers have Control, Option, and Command (like Apple Key), just like Windows machines have Control, Alternate, and Windows Key. So in fact it looks like a Windows or Apple Key, but Meta is so important for some that you are often offered to “replace” the Option / Alt Meta key.
