Rubymine - exception that was not detected: could not find rake-10.1.0 in any of the sources

Question

I get a Rubyine exception - Uncaught: rake-10.1.0 could not be found in any of the original errors, however, when I start the server in the console using the command rails s, it starts correctly. I don’t know what went wrong, please help.

$ bundle install --path vendor/bundle   

it works for me
