Pull individual columns from .csv into separate arrays in C #

Question

Background information on this project. It started as a simple homework that required me to store 5 zip codes and their respective cities. When a user places a Zip code in a text field, the corresponding city is returned, and the opposite can also be done. I wrote the code to return these values, but then I decided that I want to store ALL zip codes and their corresponding cities in an external CSV file and store these values ​​in arrays and run the code, because if it's worth it, it's worth overdoing it! To clarify, this is no longer for homework, just to learn more about using external files in C #.

In the following code, I called to open the file successfully, now I just need help in determining how to pull out the data that is stored in two separate columns (one for the city, one for the zip code) and store them in two arrays, which I have to operate the for loop. Here is the code that I have now. You can see how I previously saved other values ​​in arrays and pulled them out:

How can I pull zip and primary_city into two separate arrays (I assume some .Split, "" lines) that my for-loop can work on?

Also, if there are better ways to do this, let me know (but be sure to leave an explanation of how I want to understand where you came from).
