Get browser from user agent: AppleWebKit?

Some of my users have the following user agent, but I'm not sure what browser it is:

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_6_6) AppleWebKit/534.24 (KHTML, like Gecko)

According to this, the http://gs.statcounter.com/detect browser is AppleWebKit. But isn't it Chrome or Safari? But he says he is not talking about it.

According to useragentstring.com , it is Safari on Mac.
