This works fine on my computer today in VS 2013 Premium RTM vs. Service, I tested the TFVC and Git commands. I have Git 1.8.4 installed and I am running RTM for Windows 8.1.
Be that as it may, the problem has been / has been fixed if you install the latter all (as always) :).
