I have a little problem. The Windows Phone 8 emulator cannot connect to the Internet when my host laptop is connected to WiFi. However, the Internet works freely when I connect a laptop using a local network to the same router. I checked and compared the configuration in both cases. This is exactly the same! Here are screenshots of both cases.
In Wi-Fi adapters, it looks like this, and there is no internet in the emulator:

I am completely confused by this. Everything worked in Windows 8. After upgrading to Windows 8.1, problems started.
