Scallop issues and upgrade to scala 2.11

I tried upgrading to Scala 2.11.0-M5, but I was having problems. I use a scallop, so I needed to build it with Scala 2.11.0-M5, because I could not find a pre-prepared jar. Scallop compilation is going well, but when I try to run "sbt publish-local" I get errors below when I try to create documentation. For me, this is like trying to create some sbt source file. I tried to find a newer source for sbt (or sbt jar built using Scala 2.11.0-M5), but could not. Can anyone suggest any suggestions?
