Record a video like in a grape app on a touch screen

I am working on a video application. I want to record a video like in a grape app. Records a recording when you press and stop recording when a tap is removed. Please tell me how to add a frame to the touch.

Using the AVCaptureSession record, hold your finger and stop when you release it. Hold again, write down the next one. Add them to the array. And then at the end combine them into one composition and save them in a camera roll.
