Visual Studio 2013 - which edition?

We are currently using the professional edition VS 2010, and I really want to switch to 2013. I am worried that if my company becomes a professional again, we will not be able to get the functions we need. In particular, I want:

  • Use the union and minimization tools available in .Net 4.5 for JavaScript and CSS
  • Access to the test explorer using the Chutzpah test adapter (for javascript verification)

I looked at the comparison between VS 2013, but it is not clear (to me!) Whether these options will be available. Will they be available in Visual Studio 2013 Professional?

Obviously, there are many advantages until 2013, but these two are features that can encourage my company to buy another (more expensive) version, if necessary.
