Open Database Schema in Visual Studio 2013

I already spent a couple of hours on what I was trying to find myself, but so far no luck ...

I need to open a db table in a schema view so that I can add relationships for my tables.

Connect to the server through Server Explorer , then go to the table that will be used as a foreign key . Right-click and select Open Table Definition .

4 - Select "EF Designer from Database"

Add Diagram to DB Model
