Using lein project with / lib does not work

When using lein 2.2, trying to put jar files in / lib does not work.

I tried, and it looks like it didn't work, but a lot of the documents there say that this method still works.

The functionality of the lib directory was removed in Leiningen v2.0 in favor of the repository ( repeatability ).

To add free floating jars to the project, you will need to either deploy your dependency, either Clojars or the Maven repository. The Maven repository can be as simple as the directory in the project folder.
