Failed to start RabbitMQ

I have so many Googled and I do not have the correct answer. So, I am posting this question for a better result.

I have already killed the server process RabbitMQ.

Now when I try to run it again, it shows

A reset failure was recorded in: erl_crash.dump

chmod 600 ~/.erlang.cookie
rabbitmqctl start_app
