Capturing video from an ip camera that really works

Question

I have been trying for several days to create a simple JFrame with transferring images from the ip camera.

I tried to execute the examples below, but to no avail.

To view the camera image, I used the public IP address of the camera:

can someone help me with these examples or provide an example of a code source that really works with the corresponding library?
